Get on Highway 2 about 20 Miles East of Monroe and right before you cross the South Fork of the Skykomish on Highway 2 turn right onto Mt. Index Rd the road continues into a private community so pretty much the only way to see the falls is to know someone who owns property in Mt Index Riversites.

On private land. Canyon Falls sits between private land and unaccessable unless you are a Resident on MIR. Canyon Falls drops into a granite gorge just about a thousand feet up river from Sunset Falls. Since 2005 Canyon falls has taken the lives of two people floating the South Fork unaware of their presence.
